Q. What is an Economic Stimulus Payment?
A. It is money that the federal government will send to taxpayers.
Q. Where will the government get this money?
A. From Taxpayers.
Q. So the government is giving me back my own money?
A. Only a smidgen.
Q. What is the purpose of this payment?
A. The plan is that you will use the money to purchase a high-definition TV set, thus stimulating the economy.
Q. But isn’t that stimulating the economy of China?
A. Shut up.
Below is some helpful advice on how to best help the US economy by spending your stimulus check wisely :
If you spend that money at Wal-Mart, all the money will go to China.
If you spend it on gasoline, it will go to the Arabs.
If you purchase a computer the money will go to India.
If you purchase fruit and vegetables it will go to Mexico, Honduras, and Guatemala (unless you buy organic).
If you buy a car the money will go to Japan.
If you purchase useless crap the money will go to Taiwan.
And NONE of it will help the American economy.
We need to keep that money here in America. You can keep money here in America by spending it at yard sales, going to a sporting event, or spend it on prostitutes, domestic beer and wine, or tattoos.
Those are your only options as those are the only businesses still in the USA.

LOL. But seriously, when you purchase products at Walmart the money goes not only to buy products from other countries but also to employ thousands of people and add to local economies all over the country.

Well they aren’t sending out stimulus checks this year , it is just a small cut in your payroll taxes for a few months so most won’t even really notice it that much it is like $13 dollars a week . I ‘m guessing most will not even see it go the rising gas price and groceries will take it quick ! I love your question and answer forum it did sound very good. This year all the big screens moved out of Wal Mart when the folks got that Earned Income Tax credit refund for collecting welfare and not paying taxes ! really pathetic don’t you think!

If you get sick eating Chinese dog food which, is all you will be able to afford, after taxes, you can spend it on health care. They even want to ration health care with socialized medecine.
When liberal idiots tax the rich, the rich turn around and pass the tax burden on to customers, employees and shareholders. Out of envy of the rich, liberals shoot themselves in the foot to punish the bullet.
