How many cars can you buy/sell privately?

I’m wondering how many cars you can legally purchase and sell without violating laws. I assume that a person can not buy and sell as many cars as they like without a dealers license. I am wondering specifically for the state of New Mexico. Please list sites or sources to back up your answer.

How can I order a custom watermark press?

I am looking to create invitations by hand for my cousin’s wedding. She likes the watermark effect, and I’d like to order a metal press so I can do it myself. I know they used to exist - I have a few antique watermark presses that are hand-held and were used in town halls to add the town’s seal to paper. Does anyone know where I can get something like this?

Does anyone know a really good Japanese Restaurant in Boise, ID?

It’s my boyfriend’s birthday soon and I want to take him out to a very nice Japanese restaurant. I bought him a samurai style outfit, and had a dress sent overseas for myself, so obviously I’d like the restaurant to be a little more than a sit down and help yourself kind of place. I’m hoping for something as authentic as possible.

Can you use a normal contacts prescription to get prescription colored contacts?

Should I buy this Graphics/Video card for my future computer?

I’m getting an Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q6600 (8MB L2 cache,2.4GHz,1066FSB), and included in the package, I can either get the integrated generic video card, or the 256MB Radeon ATI HD 2600 XT for an extra $150. I don’t mind the price because I have to build the PC up to $1000 to get a big discount.

Will that video card run World of Warcraft flawlessly for me? As in max video settings with over 30-60FPS consistantly? Or should I just not put a video card in the pc until after I have it, and can choose a better one, and instead get 2gb of 800mhz ram for $150 (big rip off considering I can get it for $30-40)

I just don’t want to get this semi-decent video card for the extra money, if i’m just going to end up replacing it anyways, when I could be wasting it on the RAM instead.

I have to pick one or the other, any assistance or recommendations from an owner of this video card?
I forgot to mention, I’m currently running a compaq presario, with 1 gig of ram and a Radeon 9550 256mb gfx card. how much of an improvement will I see from my current to the new one?

Can McCain supporters give me an idea on what John’s stances are on the following issues?

Where does he stand on:

The lowly American taxpayer working minimum-wage jobs with no health insurance–while battling the high costs of renting? Or the outrageous costs in living?

My now $400 grocery bill–which used to be $200 only 3 years ago? What is his answer to the rising costs of buying food and basic essentials?

My expensive medications? How can I afford such on my limited income? Will he help people like me gain access to cheaper meds at a fair price?

My freedoms of speech and right to peaceful assembly?

My Constitutional rights? Will he uphold them or trample them like Bush did?

The national deficit? How is he going to reduce our $10 trillion dollar debt in under 4 years as President–like Bush originally promised?

Our environment? What is he planning on doing to protect it?

Global warming? How will he combat this problem nationally and globally?

What *is* McCain’s stances on things like poverty and the homelessness? The elderly? Social Security?

What?

Job security? Job creation?

Minimum-wages? Affordable health care? The American Dream?

What is McCain’s solutions to these growing problems concerning Americans like myself?

Is cheaper solar power possible? How and where can you buy the equipment cheaper?

I know companies are working on ways of producing panels cheaper etc. etc… But I would like to know if anyone knows where or how one could purchase used or “second hand” materials such as panels, inverters, meters, etc. Any ideas!?
