Hello, my question is I bought a Mobile home and I want to know if it have the same right that to buy a house?

For example, what happen if the old resident death one year before inside the mobile home and the seller never told me nothing, I live in California and I don’t konw about the law in buying houses.I still paying the mobile home. so I do not what to do because I want to sell the mobile home maybe I going to have any problem with the new buyer

He has owned before. I am a first timer. Will buying jointly disqualify me from first time buyer status in case I want to buy indepedently in the future? Also if this does can my first time status be applyed to the current situation somehow as far as grants and such?

Moving to Vegas, my co-worker lived there 5 years ago, said it wasn’t that bad but that was 5 years ago could have changed.
Also heard North Las Vegas wasn’t as bad as people say it is.
The area around Jerry’s Nugget to Silver Nugget is very suspect.
If your not in a gang or sell drugs you’ll be just fine in North Vegas at least that’s what I heard?

Hi everyone!
This is an odd one! A neighborhood drug dealer got raided (Yes, go Feds!)
As part of his plea bargain he ratted on a dirty cop and forfeited his house in exchange for a lower sentence (scumbag!) I love his house, can I now buy it? How do I go about buying it?

This house was built in 1962 and has been well up keep on the house what are some of the problems I should be looking for as far as defects or what structural problems that can exist in this type of house?

Is it cheaper to refinish hardwood floors or buy new carpet?

The house is about 1k square foot. Most of the house has hardwood flooring (the kitchen I’m not messing with). I can get a good deal on carpet at the local independent dealer.. about $4-5/sq ft.
