What is the procedure for registering used car?
As far as I know of, I need Bill of Sale, Certificate of Title and Odometer Disclosure Statement, to register the vehicle.
But for Bill of Sale, I need two Notary Public signature and seal.
I am not sure what that means. It seems like they are certified to be Notary Public.
I don’t know how to find them or which state Notary Public to use, VA or MD Notary Public?
Also am I missing anything important?

How do I go about purchasing a used car?
I live in NY buying the car here a few towns away. I had a mechanic go and look at it with me. The car is very original the only thing my mechanic had to comment was the nose of the car had writing on the underside meaning that he feels it might have been replaced but this is common because parking blocks and firebirds don’t get along very well
