How do you sell a car back to the dealer or carmax before it is paid off?

I cosigned for a friend of mine about 4 months and that person is no longer able to make payments on the vehicle. Therefore, I need to either sell the car to the dealer or carmax. If anyone knows how to go about this, please help.

I bought this car just two days ago, and the guy I bought it from had a report from a local mechanic saying that the car was running fine. My car breaks down this morning in a bad area, and I am fuming. Do I have a right to get my money back, or am I just screwed?

The car dealer sales manager lied to me about certain things of the used car?

I just bought a used car and brought it back home. I noticed several things that I asked the sales manager about. The explanations ended up to be false, so he basically lied to me about certain items inside the car. Can I do anything? Please help!
Well for example, I asked him about these spots on the clear plastic piece for the instrument panel. He said it was just from the spray they use for cleaning and it can just be wiped off. I couldn’t get them off at home.
I also bought from an official Infiniti dealer. Does that make any difference?

I am a 20 year old girl, so my credit hasnt taken off yet because I just havent bought anything great to build it up. I have tried to buy a car but that was when I was 18 and was denied. Now I am 20 and simply want to lease. I have a job as an exotic dancer so I make quite enough money and can prove it. Will proof of income, even be enough to qualify for a lease? Help me out.

How do I get a used car loan wihout any credit history?

I have applied on a variety of online websites for a used car loan. They will deny me as I have no credit history. I tried CapitalOne and eLoan as well. My income is about $1400 monthly. I want a 10k loan to buy a used RSX from someone. I even tried getting the same car from a dealer but the guy told me to apply at CapitalOne which as I already said denied it. I don’t have anyone I could use as a co-signer either. Any ideas how I can get the loan for this car without having to wait for better credit history?

if i took my car to the toyota dealer where i got my car, they have all my records of service and warranty claims, if i took my car to another toyota dealer, would they be able to see my records and warranty claims from the other dealer?

i bought a car from a local used car dealer 7 years ago with my father as cosigner! After one year i traded back to them for another one and after another year i traded it back for another one… Personal issues arrose between me and father he took the truck back and we stopped makin the payments becuz we gave it back to them! they are now trying to sue for $6,000 after they already sold the truck for $1000. what do i do? what can they do?

can the dealer file a stolen vehicle report through the police department? I thought that all they could do was have the car repossed, and put it on your credit report.
