Okay. I am sick. I have a severe cold, sinus pressure and larengitus. I went into wal-mart here in NE Ohio to purchase some medicine. I had to show an Id and sign a waiver! All I wanted was to get my medicine and get out! Who is this law stopping from doing whatever they are doing? You idiot poloticians have no concept of reality! How illegal is pot? Can you buy it in a nursery if you show an ID? How common is it? Get the point I am trying to make about this damn cold medicine you dumbasses? Why not make the punishment for making the drugs these meds are used to make more severe so that people will not see it worth the risk of doing instead of being a pain in the rest of the populations a$$ who are sick and just want the damn medicine so they can go home!?!?! Can anyone provide any valid points that would make this “Show id, sign waiver before buying cold medicine” policy make sense? Or is some buttmuncher just making this country one step closer to a socialist sate???

I wanna get rid of it fast. The symptoms I have are water and itchy eye, scratchy throat, stuffy and drippy nose. I looked these symptoms up online and they all lead to Allergic Rhinitis. I want to get better by tomorrow or by the latest Friday. Do you have a good tips?

I use the health services at my university. I just started getting my meds there vs. the pharamcy b/c they’re cheaping. Also, the health services switched m nurses b/c the other is on maternity leave now. I ran out of meds, so I called them, just thinking they could let me buy another bottle (my other ones came in pre-filled bottles, with the foil seal under the cap. Well, I was wrong and the nurse practioner has to fill them. She’s off until tues but now she’s coming in this afternoon to do it. The sec told me in the future to give them 4-5 days advanced noticed. I told the secretary I could wait. She told me w/these meds I could not. I feel really bad!!! I’m thinking about buying the nurse a gift. What should I do?

What would keep a pulse ox low on a hospital patient with emphysema who is on all the necessary meds?

My mother entered the hospital with bronchitis. She also has emphysema but has never needed anything but an inhaler (combivent). When she went in her pulse ox was 70%. She has been in the hospital for over a week and they can’t bring it up above 84%. The Drs. can’t figure it out. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have been dianosied with ADHD since i was young, and have been on all kinds of meds. Since turning 18 and getting kicked out, i have not been able to afford to get perscribtion drugs. I am now 23 and attend college, i have a hard time concentrating on my work and find it hard to drive long distances without getting really sleeping or not being able to pay attention. I fall alsleep at random times without even relizing i did it untill someone says something. I recently ran into some one at the college who was “dealing” adderall and said that it helps you concentrate. I bought some and it worked. I was able to stay awake in class, no problems driving and stopped falling alsleep whenever. My problem is i have very little money and no insurance, but i was gonna go to the doctor to try to get a precription. However, since i have no contact with my father, i have no documented proof that i was on ritalin, and other drugs or that i have been dianoised with ADHD when i was younger. How should i go about asking the doctor for a prescription drug that after researching, have found to be commonly abused and is highly addictive?
