I am taking medication an infection and something didn’t seem right. I had been taking medication for about 3 days and the instructions say:: use 2 teaspoonfuls, swish and swirl four times a day for 2 weeks. But the problem is, the bottle is almost empty so we didn’t think it would last 2 weeks, and there is no refills. So we called the doctor, and it turns out that the pharmacy gave us the wrong dosage per day. Could I sue? How much could I sue for? And under what circumstances?
